The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很好的故事设计，既延续了传奇（或重新演绎了传奇），又隐喻了现实，一举两得。决战场面的设计很精彩，结尾的反转也恰到好处。近年来难得好看的西部片。

慢节奏的稀泥巴乡村西部，还是得有酒吧有**的西部才西部。
西部片，西方的武侠电影，本质和我们的武侠电影都是一致的：隐姓埋名的武林高手，在面临外力胁迫时，忍无可忍，打破潜伏，挺身而出。
种地打鸟憨农民，暗格藏架撑，高草丛潜行，猪圈夜宵加餐，传奇双枪反围剿林中对杀，悍匪易屠，冷枪难防，小子终会变老头……故事够老派
开头我就认出了警长就是刀锋战士里那个吸血鬼，还这么狠，这丫的没救了
仿佛在玩荒野大镖客，这枪，这房屋，这服装，这马匹，都那么熟悉，屋子里面没有灯，昏昏暗暗的，却又那么有人情味
节奏明快，剧情略简单，很老派，还算值得一看
永远不要惹你大爷！西部爽片，不知为什么，很喜欢西部片对枪的感觉。
虽然慢热，但人物塑造都很一般啊，情节发展也比较简单
枪战部分还算干脆利落
全片简洁不拖沓，最后的枪战有种回到老西部片的感觉。不过西部片真的没落了，也只能挖些老素材拍了。

传说中的比利小子变成了老比利，见识过大风大浪的人处变不惊，大杀四方，却终究暗箭难防
太多直径老西部片和游戏（没错，就是那两部）的地方了，全程无尿点，结尾转折稍落俗套了
难得现在还能看到一部如此舒缓古典的西部片。虽然剧情和场景都简单了些，和《新豪勇七蛟龙》这样的当代西部动作大片相去甚远，但骨子里的悲怆气息与东木老爷子的《不可饶恕》如出一辙
想看西部片就能看到这么朴实纯正的西部片真好。
