The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 松散的质地囊括了太多表达，肢体掩盖于事件下，难以碰撞。尽管有些太过美国，但，或许真是最好的青春片
但是……
PTA许是老了，镜头语言和横向调度自然驾轻就熟，外表看上去也还有点“怪鸡”，内核却已经俗不可耐了，还有套路的情节编排和刻意的符号填充，只能算是“作者式行活儿”。
导演这是弄啥呢。离谱的是，这也提名奥斯卡了
疯狂愚蠢的爱，PTA是恶补了多少日剧才拍出这么多奔跑桥段。

多次奔跑行走的镜头暗示着男女主的感情的分分合合，儿女情长就是一场又一场你追我赶的捉迷藏游戏。
这故事一不普通，二不动人。奔跑很浪漫，但我只觉得女主穿高跟鞋奔跑很痛。
我的妈呀这嚼之无味的惹人嫌弃的爱情故事。两个惹人嫌弃的角色塑造出来的故事如果还是惹人嫌弃，那这个电影就真的是惹人嫌弃了。好自恋啊！
当PTA爱上日剧跑。莫名其妙的开始，莫名其妙的经过，莫名其妙的结局。
加上一个个事件折射出七十年代的美国一些危机
很奇怪的是除了事件之外看不到这两人的磁场。
