跟前作整体水平类似，依然是用闪瞎眼的阵容讲述一个日式的推理故事。不知为何，两位主演感觉有一点点僵硬。
设定在酒店的好处就是拍摄完全可以棚内完成、都不用出什么外景，成本也不高。为了cast去看，几乎全是熟面孔。反倒是主线破案的故事不是特别吸引人。
