The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 非常不真实，导演和编剧水平很一般，一部好剧拍的稀烂。
可以做到只手遮天
就这么一个平平无奇的剧本，看的时候我都在想，不会就这么完了吧，就没有小高潮，小反转？结果直到最后，嗯，就是这。有老戏骨，三星吧
后面的翻转太快太轻易了，前面的铺垫感觉挺浪费的
不明白，最后的反转还是拿钱摆平的。可是如果证人突然转做污点证人，他的证词难道不要调查研究就可以被法庭采用吗？

剧情薄弱是真的
我觉得剧情饱满，主题鲜明老戏骨演技爆棚，看的很爽可以了。不过年轻演员确实差一大截。
比想象要好，就是最后有种神之手破案的感觉…

方中信仍然是帅呀*_*。这故事说明只有资本说了算，其它都白费。
人物转变生硬，塑造不够立体，要是拍成连续剧就好了。结尾强行正能量尴尬至极，反而反衬出——有钱真的可以为所欲为，连让证人做真口供都需要用钱。智叔真的很拼，遗作都有好几部。
与其说是律政剧，不如说是复仇片，剧情依靠老戏骨张力十足，可整条主线无关法律公正，只有政商钱，有些剧情处理得当（控方律师），可惜以后没有这种片了。
这是廖启智最后一部电影了吧？可惜再也看不到了。电影不痛不痒的，隔着靴子挠了一下而已。剧情转折也缺乏说服力。
最后五分钟bgm好高级
剧情还算紧凑，但制作一般，演员表现良莠不齐，整体中规中矩。这将会不会是第一部先上网络后上院线的院线片？！2.5星。。。
这种电影可以一边吃饭一边看，不怕中间落下剧情
全片灌输了资本主义的缺陷：有钱能使鬼推磨。
