The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 整部片子看起来的确没啥毛病，但仔细想想，在电影院确实全程都没把我逗笑。故事没什么奇思妙想，更像是有个流水线模板硬往里面套，后期剪辑也是那套麻花式的惯用风格，没吃过这套的观众倒是会挺喜欢的。也不是说不能弄个悲尾，但是这种碰巧得无与伦比的悲剧实在是见过太多了。袋鼠也很普通，月亮也很普通，陨石也很普通，什么都很普通。
别当喜剧片看，当喜剧片看没意思，不那么好笑，当科幻片的预期看，差不多七分水平吧。脑补 流浪地球 火星救援 楚门的世界 差不多这样吧。
双厨狂喜。沈腾和马丽的组合，看着就亲切，嘴角不自觉地咧。不仅是开心，细细回味还能感受到人类面对绝望之下的相互救赎。希望之有无，在乎是否还有牵挂。

只有我觉得独孤月的环月之旅很罗曼蒂克吗，多神话啊！
沈腾明年还是会拿不到影帝，但他应该高兴的是，反正赚钱就行，脸不重要
开心麻花这次做出了一部能让很多人刮目相看的电影！说真的，好久没在电影院大笑了，另外，沈腾的喜剧节奏是真的好，笑点几乎都被他的表演带起来的。
设计了非常多笑点，但很多地方我真的笑不出来，开心麻花的喜剧手法越来越急功近利了。

“我有一个好消息和一个坏消息”，现在听到这句话就想笑哈哈哈，以前咋就没觉得有这么魔性。。。
本片应该算是一部科幻轻喜剧，当然，兼顾科幻和喜剧是很累的，在本片中也确实有不少尴尬的地方。
我觉得是不是国产电影你们都要刻意打底一分？真的又好笑又好哭！特效也很棒啊！
不爱吃这一套。以杂糅但仍然公式的类型叙事投喂给观众陈旧的笑点、煽情的泪点、累赘的燃点，尽管以影厅里的反应来看它还是行之有效的。英雄形象可以轻易塑造也可以轻易推倒，因为主流话语只需输出英雄的概念即可，所以独孤月可以“为了他人放弃登舰”或“只是被遗落在月球”，但结局毫无疑问地要重复英雄叙事，其普通人之面目无非只是先抑后扬的形式，没劲。与当下现实勾连，牺牲了的不都是中间人吗，口号也喊得虚伪。最真实的是，对不相信某套叙事的人，说服你的方式就是让你消失。

独行月球应该算喜剧片，而不是科幻片，以上算幽默吐槽。
今年看过最好笑、最好哭、也最感动的电影。尤其是最后的彩蛋，我愿化作星环，守护在你身旁。宇宙这么大，相信平行世界里的独孤月和马蓝星，一定会再相见。
其实很喜欢前半段的设定——当一个人被“组织”遗弃后，组织发现他意外地没有身亡，竟然想利用他来树典型，为此不惜抹杀他自己发声的机会（配音），并设法搞定不相信的群众——往这条线走下去就是黑色版的《楚门的世界》啊！我们真要拍出接近世界级的喜剧吗？但我们都知道做不到，那让主角就像《火星救援》样，克服各种困难后滥一点地温情搞笑地回地球也好，可是下半段为了上升意义，强行让组织给他又派了个拯救人类的任务牺牲了！这简直是二次利用，榨尽价值啊！而可怕的是，屏幕外的观众都很感动，就是他们默认，这样是ok的。。。
影片制作精良，特效场面质量绝不含糊。如今，能去影院体验人在月球的故事，乐呵呵度过两个小时，应该是种难得的享受吧。
无法理解说这片煽情的观众，根本不煽情，情绪把控很好。想了解什么叫煽情，请去欢乐喜剧人3-7季学习。带着三星的期待去看，会有超预期的收获。
对喜剧的唯一一个评判标准就是它够不够搞笑，至少我在电影院笑趴了，这就足够了
