The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 劇本及剪接強大，編導功力也比前作《莫莉遊戲》好得多。
太工整了，一百二十分作文，少见的极左但不至于太讨厌的作品。political trial，唯一用生命抗争的，是名字和数量没有出现在事件中的黑人。
有笑料，有讽刺，混乱又有条理，法庭上还有很亮眼的台词。本来给个四星，不过冲着国内想拍也拍不出来，特意给五星。
有些国人看本片可能会看high，倒不是因为所谓的理想主义，而是终于为自己身边发生的事情找到了合理性：老美不也没有民主，天下乌鸦一般黑！问题是，在政治面前，民主都是笑话，但这也是有程度之分的。反正我看着人家的混乱，再看看自己井然有序的生活，略感汗颜。

理想和灯塔常有，但成为灯塔的理想不常有。民主和理性常有，但理性的民主不常有。体制和进步常有，但体制的进步不常有。

念名字的部分其实让我觉得稍微有点突然。剩下的就是完美，剧本太扎实了。
可以感觉到挺好的，但是作为外语片这么大的信息量还是接受困难，只能明白个大概故事。不明觉厉吧
哇好棒的电影，这么繁杂的故事都被讲得明明白白~这个故事告诉我们司法系统、警察什么的如果没有完善体制，难道要指着执行人的道德约束吗？那怎么可能靠得住。这个可怕的一个人（没有基本人格人品的人）居然能当上大法官，成功让司法和行政搅和在一起，成为权力游戏的走狗，这难道不违宪？你们引以为傲的三权分立又在哪里呢。
国家机器总有一种绞杀民间思想的欲望，即使是号称最民主的“米国”。
在大选的时节看很应景。这么大的信息量，能有条不紊的呈现出来，了不起！全片演员的表演方式跟片子喜剧类型元素很贴合，有趣但不会过于戏谑。🤩🤩🤩看到些评论真让人上火，与其担心索金是不是更左，不如担心自己工作KPI有没有完成惹。

没想到这种密集对白的戏码竟然比特效大片更过瘾刺激，热血沸腾，在唇枪舌剑中穿插还原事件，这种高能的对白和剪辑我之前只在社交网络和乔布斯里见过，居然都是同一个人的剧作，艾伦索金，记住这个大佬了。
