The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 根据这里的一切来看……应该是tmd恐怖片吧。
复古做得不错，一对老年夫妇做杀人狂也是蛮有新意的，湖里游泳排得很好看，但是也就仅此而已。
过三星。你能从中找到很多同类电影的影子，但不是无脑拼贴，反而糅合得挺不错的，有股浓烈的复古味儿。在反派人物的形象塑造上并不扁平，毕竟人人都有对时间流逝的恐惧感。除了老夫妻猎杀桥段的不足信外，其他还行。另：用枪托砸手那一段看着挺刺激的，让我想起了科恩兄弟的《血迷宫》。交叉剪辑和分屏玩得挺好。
哦，不要轻视老年群体的生理需求。看了cast之后突然觉得有点意思了！期待一下前传吧！
就是说真的有必要把老年刻画得如此不堪吗？好奇老年观众观影感受。 才知道女主一人饰演老少，有点厉害。 惊悚部分有些地方能被吊着，当然也有落入俗套的地方。 当然了最大的感受还是为老年人鸣不平啊。。。老了真的没这么惨吧？
好看，喜欢，这么流畅的虐杀片如今是越来越少见了，结尾也是神来之笔，再加上A24的神叨风格以及导演对于复古剥削片的致敬，我觉得是近期少有的优秀恐怖片了！

质感来说真的挺一般，有故弄玄虚也有哗众取宠，有小聪明没啥大智慧。

诚实地说，老年人饥渴的情状看来真的很恶心。
这部电影就包含了所有因素。
A24太想在主题和视觉上作出与Midsommar齐平的恐怖片了，X其实在很大程度上继承了那种无意识的残忍与快乐至死的心理设计。很多快闪式的intercutting很有意思，对于老年，欲望，压抑的阐释也很有洞见。70-80年代的影像卡带的视觉效果和对新浪潮以及The Shining, Psycho之类经典的致敬也可圈可点。
这其实是部科幻哲学片：当年轻女性瘾者意外遇见老年的自己。
