The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看完就记住了一个台词：“自由的代价是什么，一切” 搭配《漫漫自由路》服用，效果感人。
根据上世纪八十年代发生于南非的真实银行人质劫持案改编。影片整体上还拍得比较流畅，尤其是开头的几个追逐镜头，场景调度非常到位，一气呵成。此案件并非简单的刑事案件，实则是有着强烈的政治背景，劫犯是南非反种族隔离的黑人，提出的条件是释放曼德拉。导演处理起来有些左右为难，既想将这起张力十足的案件拍得好看，又得兼具其政治背景，在剧情中加入许多政治元素，竭力向着有历史感的政治性影片方向引。此片后面显得有些松懈，逻辑上也出现问题，最后喊起了口号。
所以卡尔文为什么不能每隔一段时间打伤一个人质以此为危险！
不过也没有想象的无聊

2022049，剧本有些拖沓，如果按照枪战动作片看实属一般，但重点在于对南非的黑人平权运动的一个缩影版的解读，为了自由和平等就要要付出多大的代价

嗯怎么说？很好的题材的，但是就是感觉没诠释的更好。如果不是三浦很治愈，我大概会讨厌男主。勇敢的说喜欢真好啊

南非从曼德拉接手后迅速沦为三流国家，政治方面不用多说了。这片3个人在银行劫持人质，跟警方谈判，各种摆烂，完全没有啥新意。一小时40分钟，太长，我是没看完就弃了。
其实改编的不错，虽然三个人人物设计有所重合，但是整体上各个人以及各个人的角色产生了一定的平衡，只有平衡才能让事件情节完整地推进下去并使得屏幕里的这场劫持让人相信。
“自由的代价是什么?”
层层压迫，错的不是同性恋也不是女性，错的是这个世界（男权社会）。
自由的代价是什么？一切，包括生命。
我不了解一个男同喜欢上女生的概率有多少 但从电影里看出的 安藤同学从压抑自己到拆下围在身边那堵墙到可以和周围的人融合 是个自我和解的治愈之路。
