The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 导演和编剧大写的厉害，这种高频对白的电影实际上非常不好处理。再加上巨星云集，真是太鸡血了！

文本出色，法庭戲劇感重。當有爭執、連珠發砲時，整部電影充滿節奏感；但有些文戲雖然寫得好，剪接的節奏卻跟不上——這問題在片頭，出片名前後兩個sequence最明顯。
漂亮，三星半吧，但我个人敬鸡血而远之，不过自我审视的几笔确实深刻毒辣，令人动容。这法官又蠢又贱神烦。金斯堡在这里面像个神经病。比较起来，我更想看那位黑人被告的故事。

剪辑太好了，印象很深刻。主要人物的塑造也很好，让我觉得他们每个人都有不一样的有趣的地方，太喜欢艾比了，真的很有魅力的人啊。如果要示威游行，还是应该带个头盔，被打脑袋真的很疼诶！

片子强调思想理念重于描绘事件，居然还很扣人心弦。Sorkin拍这种题材已经成精了。

看完情绪激昂的和他讲起60年代美国的民权运动黑人运动反越战性解放讲得唾沫横飞 讲国家权力和freedom of speech的矛盾讲政府机器和媒体的媾合 他耐心的听了半天后说 怎么不见你对自己国家的历史这么有热情有兴趣 我哑口无言。不是我没兴趣也不是我不够热情啊亲爱的
7.6/10 #2020观影补标 即便酣畅淋漓，但是归根结底这种倾向性是高度危险的，即便它甚至与我的个人观点相符合，因为我们深知它在“服务”于什么，且力图“刺激”什么，所以本质上这类影片和单调重复的肾上激素性商业类型片并无二，只是在用另一种催化剂而已。
这个题材拍了这么多年，还能拍得这么吸引人
