The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 非常好，展示出了只有动画才有的无限表达力。
实在不太理解被禁的点，IMAX厅看到了近年漫威电影最好的视觉效果，中国风音乐（甚至主题曲有四川话Rap），中国神话中的神兽，反而看完有种中华民族的自豪感。
男主的颜值气质太拉了太拉了╭(°A°`)╮估计摄像头它自己都愿意多看梁朝伟一眼。上古神兽出来时蛮喜欢，萌萌的肉团子是什么生物呀。摄魂怪boss太不经打了，感觉小打小闹了一场
其实还算合格的爆米花电影，左公鸡式的中国元素，剧情缺少逻辑也不是什么大问题，就是…太套路了，套路到没有任何特点了，感觉AI深度学习个几十部超英电影都能写出来这个剧本，没准还更好。
剧情挺简单的，进村以后的生活剧过于无聊，打架的场景都还不错，是有点功夫熊猫的意思，女一妥妥的花木兰真人版。配乐不错。男女二人组竟然是KTV党。普通话和英文转换没有必要啊。。。。。。。。跟同一个人一会中文一会英文好出戏，关键是普通话还说的不好。直接说英文不就好了，还得分神听说了什么中文。
尴尬的旁白，尴尬的情节，尴尬的打光，甚至是尴尬的长相……
终于借着美国人的手把自己的爹杀了（终于死了一会），克服阴影了，找着自我了。有个怪物就中美联手了，横扫亚太（神龙打架），桃花源里孕育着恶魔，竟然被美国人引发了战争。
大BOSS噬魂魔龙被K98K一剑封喉，这个充分说明了夏利底盘+虎王炮塔是拼凑不出宇宙一流推土机的。

公交车、脚手架的打戏不错，而且挺搞笑的，剧情当然有点套路了，东洋画风不是乱炖的问题，是稍微有点丑，奥卡菲娜挺逗。一般就给漫威3星，感觉现在分有点低啊，四星鼓励。
观感上非常《功夫熊猫》毕竟那是唯一一部成功的中国功夫美国电影 千呼万唤的满大人Tony哥撑起了半部以上的质感 美国贾玲奥卡菲娜的喜剧感是本片最大的笑点输出 其他包括剧情特效以及贯穿全场的亲情都显得有些俗套 插叙的手法至少没让节奏上拉垮 总的来说这次的反向输出已经足够用心效果也很难吹毛求疵 只是尚气这个角色在漫威宇宙中性格和能力上都有些路人了
竟然很好看诶。好温馨。最后bob终于意识到linda有多supportive & posotive，妈妈真是家庭支柱。

好开心。好合格的爆米花。中文含量超高，而且说得其实还行，空耳能听懂，就是中文词儿里没啥演技，也没辙反正。动作设计非常不错，前60分钟有几场动作戏都干净漂亮，公交车上，澳门竹架上，还有角斗场里兄妹打那场，都很好看。顺提一句妹妹这个角色，好飒好slay。后一小时开始怪力乱神，不过老实说东方神兽们做的还是很好看的，咱东方龙就是比他西方龙俊，穿越竹林这里本来还以为会用一些五行八卦的东西，结果就是纯飙车，感觉很可惜(ง˙o˙)ว男主表现还行，就是最后跟爸爸有一个感情爆发点，我觉得没接住，反观梁生，就真的演太好了…
其实还行，虽然挺刻板印象的。但是有个中国风的英雄也不错，还抓住了家族的力量和对父辈的叛逆。华裔小姐姐的性格我十分喜欢。
没看过剧集版居然全部get到了，又烂又傻逼又尬笑又好看，所有歌都难听到抓狂，但是却又神奇地和这股气质相匹配，非常奇妙的观影体验，今天的我是baby妻夫木聪谢谢。
打斗和音乐很带感，不过特效有点水，不过选角违背确实是刻板形象，不上电影院也是好事
我为什么花了一个半小时看了这么一部电影。。。比较适合我的年龄零头的小朋友看
刘思慕很帅！梁朝伟很帅！Awkwafina很逗！这部电影怎么说呢，并不太像近年漫威的电影，更像迪士尼动画片的套路。一点也不乳化好吗，更像是功夫熊猫，全片40%在说中文。。。
