The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 恭喜网飞拍出了一部美国版《辩护人》。我被感动，不是某种价值观又或者某种壮举，只是因为自己的懦弱。
预料中的年度群戏。这角色也太适合Mark Rylance了，跟一群男子混在一起，可以发脾气，教训人，还有点神经兮兮的。

依然是密集的对白，超多信息量，关键是把故事还讲得挺精彩就很牛皮了。不过故事本身就很不错～
不得不说，艾伦索金的剧本功力太了得了，美国人拍这种题材也是出神入化。 整个电影张力十足，最后的结案陈词差点看哭。为什么一直用理想对抗不公，为什么一直没有放弃，因为全世界再看！
艾伦索金来做这个项目再合适不过：这是个典型的好莱坞作业，但在猛烈的悲壮情绪势在必行的情况下，他插入刻薄、反讽和喜剧式语言寻求平衡，人物群像在回溯事件的交叉念白中得以塑造，唯一的缺憾是法官作为工具人在可能没有更好的存在方式了
最后的结案陈词说得人心沸腾，政府并不能代表国家本身，国家真正做主的应是人民本身。抛开电影回到反战这个点，美国人反战反的是他们的士兵与钱财在战争中受损而非战争的本身，这大家都知道的吧，毕竟“the whole world is watching”。

怪不得节奏这么《社交网络》，原来是索金。学生要么无勇，要么莽勇，有文化的嬉皮士是最佳被告。人物设置有《洛城机密》的味道，代表公正的最偏见，代表无纪律的最人文，代表高知的最冲动，坚持非暴力的给法庭来一拳。最讽刺的是，你像电影中酒吧里的人一样以为活在和平年代。
庭外与庭内，过去与现在，双线交织的叙事，节奏明快，政治主张鲜明，放在当下时局看，颇有几分不言而喻的深意。
开场叙事非常高效，虚实混合剪辑暴动也非常有震慑力。可惜索金的剧本影像化并不成功，自认为信息量巨大却让人抓不住重点，廉价的情绪渲染让人想起我不是药神，除了abbie以外的所有人都缺乏人物弧光，看完也无法引发任何共鸣。结尾仓促马虎偷换概念，最为败笔。

那個時期青年反抗運動的訴求在於，不希望看到同胞們為了當政者的意識形態，而去參與一個不屬於公平正義、不屬於維護自己國家安全、不知為何而戰的戰爭行為，當然還有更重要的……Make Love Not War。

真正艰难的不在于与谁抗争，而是坦然呈现自己。交叉剪辑叙事，人物也不少，略凌乱。即便大家都知道在推的圆石会滑落，至少别让它变得太大太重，否则推不动会被压死。
一星祝愿我们也能有这种社会进步 拍出这类电影
电影编排铺陈和混剪插叙都很漂亮，意识形态倾向过于明显，不过能拍出这样的电影总比被过分压制好。
我敬畏历史上每一个敢于反抗和批判的革命者，他们是理想主义者，也是敢于用生命去实现理想的英雄。
