The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 「I’ll see you down the road.」大概是一個心有所屬的人吧，也就對於這樣一個心無歸屬的故事比較無感了。攝影、音樂、演員都表現的很好，尤其是攝影，但文本及敘事步調還是比較難對上頻率，對我來說是一部沒有錯的電影，但也就僅此而已。
3.5星吧。感觉有点碎。最打动我的竟然是最后的一句“See you down the road."

都市生活对空间占有与不确定性的驱赶不可避免，乡土游牧却又饱含自然性风险。似乎“房车”在二者间做着一种温和的调停：给你空间，给你流动。
其实本质上，关注和表达视角挺中国人的。想起了当初进藏路上的一些驴友们，还有朋友圈的“职业旅行者”。在路上，对有些人是体验人生的一种方式和一个阶段，对有些人则是内心疗愈的不能停止的精神药剂。
配乐太拉垮了。私以为最后一个镜头如果不要那辆车会更好。剪辑真棒，有得学。
1、一首现代游牧民的散文诗，全片散发出自然随性的魅力，碎片化日常，消解真实时间，无数细碎的生活日常组成了个体的人生经历；2、女版《海边的曼彻斯特》，丈夫去世的心伤难以痊愈，不得不上路寻求慰藉，这当然是表层意思，深层的是质疑世俗意义的人生，人应该怎样选择活着；3、一个人开着房车行驶在苍茫的大地上，真有种“寄蜉蝣于天地”的意味，细品之下便是“哀吾生之须臾”的感慨。

虽然我很不了解这个人群，但导演的呈现在我看来还算细腻可信。抒情的部分要是能处理得更成熟克制一些就好了。

看着还是纪录片的手法和拍摄方法，画面不那么好看，老头老太太也不讨喜，估计应该是题材还算新颖。
