The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication.     一开始就飙泪，虽然整体人工痕迹严重，但我也明白，想说的太多，但是整体节目时间就这么长，所以时间分配上既需要精打细算，又要保证面面俱到…大学的时候班上就讨论过老友记为什么会火，老师说因为主角们都是普通人，容易引发共鸣。今天看来不全是这样，是人就需要好朋友，这是一个人类需求共同的主题。还有就是，头一回知道这部剧里演员和编剧、导演们是这样一个共生的关系，演员们创造性地投入演出，编剧们将演员的个人特色融入剧本，将现场观众的反应融入剧本，大家的心都往一处使劲，各种天时地利人和才能最终产生这样的神剧。
