The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 从故事到画面，从对白到配乐，无比复古，无比传统，在这个科恩兄弟和昆汀用各种现代手法让西部片不那么西部的时代，在被政治正确绑架的好莱坞剧本陷入低能死循环的时代，《老亨利》让人重新回到约翰韦恩和伊斯特伍德纵横好莱坞时那个传奇的西部岁月
演员演的不错，后面枪战可以安排的巧妙合理一点，老头第一次出门面对一大群人马隔得又不远居然可以不利索的退回屋里，那一群人也是职业枪手稍微尊重下他们的职业好吧。

枪战部分还算干脆利落
非常硬派的西部片，一个男人，守护他的孩子、领地和些许正义，结局太伤了
父亲很丑，儿子很英俊……剧情比较缓慢……西部味道不错，但没有过人之处，比较普通。
作为一个老江湖，不会这么单纯的善良和轻信别人吧……
有关游侠（也有说是暴徒的）比利小子传奇故事的再续写，剧情简洁紧凑，迟到的悲剧宿命终就上演。本片还原“古法酿造”，将正统西部片再一次忠实呈现，荒凉孤寂，爱与热血以及死亡，以及成长，以及躲不掉的债，皆如牛仔梦回。

这个西部片好看。 喜欢这个儿子。好勇。不喜欢无辜人员的死扣一星。
西部片大概就是追求一种情调，旷野，粗糙，野蛮，传奇，秘密。前面所有的蓄力，就是为了最后的砰砰砰。敌人全倒，谜底揭晓，这个老实巴交的农民，原来就是传说中的谁谁谁。
21/11/5：想不到西部片能有一丝回光返照
总感觉有那么丁点的沉闷和小格局，不过还是有西部味了
说一个彩蛋吧，片中比利的儿子叫怀亚特，应该就是暗示以后会成为西部传奇警长的怀亚特，怀亚特一生记录是击毙了30多人。
