The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 从剧本上来看，是一种取巧的方法，但也正因为是看准了人性中共通的弱点，才可以引得观众的认可，而人类，究竟还要沉湎于互相撕扯这个行为多久时间呢？
反应两个不同背景，不同性别的人对一件事截然不同的感知，有些东西的边界是模糊的，女性认为侵犯的，男性习以为常的认为是同意。没有说不，不代表同意，沉默也不是同意，沉默代表痛苦。同时对周围人不同背景、不同性别、不同宗教、不同阶级的人刻画蛮不错。甘斯布儿子某个角度蛮像妈妈。

没有了久弥直树，特利迦终于是个正常的奥特曼了。
控辩双方律师给人印象十分深刻。辩方律师是司法指定的，竟然全力以赴为男孩辩护，控方律师则是一位漂亮、干练的女律师。双方最后陈词很精彩。
相对完成度高的只有徐峥那个，别的一言难尽。

节奏真流畅。不过下半部分有点尬，反派通篇的“光 我是光”，也确实是人物形象刻画不够丰满和剧情不够造成的。 剑吾那段呼应的自白真好呀#“为什么光会选择以人类身份降世，因为独身一人无法闪耀。”
很不错，庭审很精彩！不同阶层的不同人生的理解可能会成为一种无法挽回的伤害！对谁都一样！

很喜欢电影结尾两位律师的辩护，il n'y a pas une seule vérité…
背景设定很刻意，满足了一切强弱关系的冲突条件。但在当下能拍出这么一部尽量克制中立的电影实属保持了法国人一贯的critique态度，让人不被情绪煽动，而是思索这类事件中当事双方各自的视角如何一步步导致了恶的发生。

这是一部让人深思的电影，导演用适当篇幅交代了人物背景以及性格，进入主题事件本身并没有绝对定论，但是判决是有罪，留给大众思考的是应该怎样来表达对于女性的尊重，看下《祝你好运，里奥·格兰德》这部会告诉我们答案。
