The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 就像是严肃版的惊声尖笑【怎么听起来有点奇怪？】，一边疯狂吐槽，一边疯狂俗套，赢两次是吧。
这种恐怖片不一起看一起吐槽那还有啥乐趣。看到Monica还挺惊奇的。最后被烧着的那个姑娘是不是在《好莱坞往事》里被小李烧着的也是她……
有挪瑜，也有解构和回溯这系列，比起同期恐怖片，仍然显得趣味十足
是怕观众看不懂吗？心理活动全部通过女主的嘴直白的表达出来。
影片很好的延续了惊声尖叫系列的优质特色，融汇现实与电影，让恐怖片影迷总能会心一笑，对作品倍有好感。本作在人物关系、凶手设置、案发现场都很好地致敬了该系列的第一部，甚至通过人物的台词狠狠地夸赞了第一部乃至整个系列，这里应该用力鼓掌。
所谓新素材就是稀烂的剧情、更多的血腥和暴力

不太忠于原著，把Anne给改成更符合当代“剩”女的戏谑样，连对二号男主的讽刺也少了很多

风景不错，美女还是美的，片中有几个角色塑造得不行，单薄且外形没有说服力。
其实女主视角的拍摄手法挺有趣的 就是男主长得演技都太一般了……

既是传承也是致敬。这片子好几个彩蛋：妹妹查演员表出现了大卫·休默，柯特妮·考克斯的“老友重聚”，妹妹在医院看的美剧《恋爱时代》，其制作人就是96年《惊声尖叫》的编剧Kevin Williamson。
