The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看到前面就能猜到后面发展的日常爱情片，比导演上一部《大学新生》受众更大众化，细腻的风格，但是剧本着实夸不出口，节奏也一般。如果不是为了达妹的女主，属于我绝对不会专门去看的电影
而因影片产生的现实性的争执，更便是影片中恐怖凝视的现实感应。
那种无处不在的被凝视、被包围、被审判、毫无安全感的氛围在空旷的乡野与微弱的女性个体之间弥漫，一种超越感官恐怖的现实惊悚让人觉得后脊发凉。
好像《文科恋曲》，年轻男性通过爱上一个“特别的”女性来获得成长的cliche。可能男的看来会觉得舒服，我反正看来只觉得精致而无聊，唯一好的是片名。
值得一看，男主很会说话，成人世界太缺乏真诚。

少年的成长总是伴着无法言说的痛，这样的独立电影每年来一打好不好。

剧本台词非常丝滑，不会写台词的人表示羡慕。难得碰到部男主原生家庭没有问题自己也长好了的，母子关系正常又融洽，像刚成年版《成长的烦恼》，没啥野心完成度挺好的治愈小品。

看不懂 不是一个环境 看完才知道这是自导自编自演 本来这种片我都不会多看一眼的
其实剧情倒也没什么特别的，感动的是导演的真诚，导演也就是男主，这部电影是他自编自导自演的半自传性质的电影，正因为导演的真诚让我很容易共情男主
中间有一些部分非常的“不丝滑”，感觉导演似乎还没决定要表达自己还是拍电影，因为暂时似乎还做不到同时完成。但依然是有一定完成度的一个作品，也只是完成了。
一个非常有共情能力的小青年，善良并且坚韧。
