剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     每一个亚裔和中国家庭长大的女孩，应该都会懂得。成长的迷惘和悸动自然跃跃欲试，可是不想离开母亲，不想放弃对原生家庭的眷恋，又是每一个女孩都会有的。母亲过度关注导致的羞耻，对红猫熊的压抑，还有母亲为了家庭和孩子而自愿放弃红猫熊，都细腻可感。最后这些，都融入东方隐喻的竹林里的那一切和解。真是好电影，8.2有点太低了。

    影片的立意很不错啊，把女性成长与变成红熊猫进行并置，充满了想象力的比喻。画面呈现的效果也很不错，红熊猫看起来好可爱啊。结局设置的即符合当下美国主流社会舆论，又不至于让人非常尴尬。片中呈现的中国文化有点异化，不过也这正是华裔所接受的中国文化，合情合理，就像这边的中餐一样。
