The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 张艺谋的雪景战争戏真的拍得好啊，节奏一如既往的稳。
刻画痕迹太重，强行催泪。PS：“神话”般的细节。
看的早场8点10分的（白天只有这一场），张艺谋拍的不错，现在电影也就只有国师敢用全新人的演员了，拍的挺感人，故事也挺紧凑，演大永的陈永胜可以，里面另一个小年轻挺帅（不知道叫啥名字），张译是客串（帮助新演员挺好）。电影里3次点名的情节确实前后呼应。
删繁就简，删得还不够，建议把感情戏都删了。
张艺谋导演这次聚焦于战场一隅角落，围绕一小群人物展开刻画描写，以小见大，超强运镜，有国际大片的感觉，不愧是老谋子
张艺谋牛逼！！！一个半小时的电影，节奏掌握的太好了！！！狠狠给我冲！！！
最后有2s的突兀
整个剧组一心扎进制片品质里，如果这样的电影爆了，大家知道质量好的电影会有好票房，我们可能就离那个百花齐放，重视剧本，重视灯服道效化，重视角色演员适配度的时代更近一些。
冷枪热血 段段精彩 不拖泥带水 “小窗口”演绎“大无畏”！
1.张艺谋的第一部春节档电影，想为他声援，想为他呼吁，多一些排片吧！
和期望值持平。从开始就知道是怎么回事的电影要讲好它还是不容易，2个张导演是好厨师，还不忘一边推进一边露两手刻意的煽情。后半局插入进来的坦克戏有点出戏。原名《最冷的枪》挺好的。
短小精悍的电影，舞台剧风格的设定，受限空间回合制的故事，若干个短剧用亮亮的身份这个麦高芬串起来，用近景正反打撑住一部电影时长的紧张感，难度较高。背景同样是冰天雪地，肃杀感和节奏把控的难度比《悬崖之上》要高得多。最好的部分是剪辑，节奏把控提升了整体观感。中方故事重点是班长的领袖气质传承和战友情，美方个性表达也没太丑化。
