The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 以废土朋克风格定格动画表现的混合了宗教奇幻和政治隐喻的文明兴衰故事。本片的形式和主题高度统一，其黑色调性很容易使人联想到 Tim Burton 的一系列作品，但残酷程度则远甚之。影片的想象力之深刻壮阔令人叹服。

这是碳基生物能整出来的活？艺术过于超前了吧。
丘吉尔活成了大英帝国的面子，张伯伦活成了大英帝国的里子？绥靖主义应该不会重演吧。张伯伦选择绥靖，是基于“要和平不要战争”的强大民意，当下不是那样的舆论环境。
想看明白那是挺难的，没几十年精神分裂的功底是不行的，不过确实如人所说，挺牛逼的！

一开始找你欣赏不了，很快渐进状态，越看越惊悚，非常上头！很有可能成为经典！
我不能说我看懂了，我的理解是疯狂的人类，压榨、利用、贪婪、战争、恶欲。

莫名其妙不是探索 丑陋恶心不是荒诞 拼贴杂糅更不是艺术
虽然很掉san，实际上后面还看困了，没想到这也能助眠，可能是太长了后面没啥新意，弄成短片多好
这种几乎没有对白，并且意识流的电影，其实80分钟真的过长，再瑰丽也太长了
美式mind fuck。拍的很好，下次不许再拍了
我也是真困，分了三次才看完，中途迷瞪好几次
