The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 墨西哥男孩的演技太太太尴尬了。Eastwood终于显出老人的疲态。说说给自己留下深刻印象的几点：Monumento à la Revolución; 长耳短脚小山羊，以及同样通体雪白的幼马；Sabor a Mí.
本该是他最擅长的西部公路片，但节奏很缓慢，并不出彩。东木老爷子的确是老了，老到驯服野马只能使用远景替身+本人上身近景的方式呈现，就连说台词和走路都有一种无力感。
东木老爷子90多岁还亲自导&演，不知道会不会是最后一部。片中许多细节都使人动容，音乐也很赞。要爱护老年人。爱啊…
这部拍的确实有点糙，考虑老爷子的年龄多给一星。
