火炬从女性被传给女性，真的没法不爱唐顿这个善待每一个人的美好童话。很佩服编剧，回忆12年来所有的电视剧和电影剧情，Mary和祖母的相似真是呼之欲出：虽然渴望冒险，但一定不会背叛自己的原则和责任。美中不足的是马修·古迪的缺席啊，上一部迈着长腿冲上楼梯和Mary相拥的镜头我可以看100遍。
十分钟就能讲完的小故事抻两个小时，中间还穿插了二十年前知音读者烂鸡汤，真无聊。
