The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 粗暴的信仰力量互飙，驱魔全靠手势和口号，比谁喊的响。说实话作为邪恶力量追完全剧的人，实在实在侮辱超现实力量。不知道编剧怎么想的？
全程鬼喊鬼叫就是驱魔。驱魔过程里上了修女的神父，这个设定其实还蛮大胆的碰触了宗教禁忌，然而所谓信仰的展现和救赎……真的不是过家家的游戏？
“上帝掌管天国，恶魔控制人间。”
反向文化输出，恶魔驱神，使用地狱咒语强行驱走神灵附身的主角。亵渎神明其实可以玩的更大胆一些，可能因为宗教的影响多多少少限制了编剧的发挥。祖安式的魔法对决让语速和声音变得如此重要。而且，实在是想吐槽恶魔的耐力问题，不到30秒。。。令人期待的开局随着故事进展变化到一个奇怪的方向，最后反转的结果也没有达到预期的效果。
人间的国只配恶魔来统治，而天上的国才是上帝的地盘。

多少也走点儿心吧，不是我们爱看小妞电影的就没要求好吗？可以完全接受所有俗套情节，但男女主一点儿化学反应都没有，女主真的好不满意，nope！

反向驱神很有创意。恶魔在人间也做了很好的解释。一开始驱魔时候那个站在门口的构图，一看就是致敬老版驱魔人的。
