The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 抛开zzzq的选角不说，通常简奥斯汀改编的电影都挺打动我的，但这部电影没有，挺喜欢达妹和亨利的颜，达妹的英音应该是美国人英国人听了都沉默的那种，亨利就……，渣男体质吧，想起了一个小忙里他。
三星半。用21世纪的笔法改编18世纪的故事竟然有些有趣，让永远get不到奥斯丁的我看得进津津有味。但是男女主真的没啥化学反应。导演是不是很爱伦敦生活？总是在这里那里看到一些伦敦生活的影子，人间清醒的达妹非常像客观理智版的fleabag
并不觉得这个改编有什么不妥。无论古代当代，女性情感生活的困扰其实都一样。奥斯汀的最后一部小说，但现在都21世纪了，能换个口味去演绎这个悲伤故事也蛮不错，其中也渗出了不少奥斯汀式的幽默和讽刺。
质感差体现在方方面面……过于频繁和单调的破墙表演弄巧成拙，让一小时五十分钟的片子如三小时般冗长。达妹……哎算了！

不合时宜的现代感，糟糕的口音，各种接触不良…
怎么说呢？就是模仿99年电影版Mansfield Park的女主视觉，用05年Pride and Prejudice的服化道，去改编原来铅华洗净内敛流深的原著， 把许多社会戏剧冲突都用糖水稀释过了。
干净，简单。托斯卡纳真是还没去过就爱生爱死的地方了。

美式英伦风总是糙糙的，人、光、景、对话、故事……
借简奥斯丁的壳子讲了一个现代爱情故事。无论这是否是导演本意，但古今爱情的对比反而让我更清楚地看到了现代爱情故事的一些特点。当然还是做得太浅了。
剧情又老套又狗血。爱情来得毫无理由。对于男主贵为世界烹饪大赛冠军，电影里也没看出来他在厨艺方面如何过人。多打一颗星是因为偏爱此类主题的电影。
