The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看过北野武自传《无聊的人生，我死也不要》后就会知道，他年轻时在浅草的生活可比这部电影里要燥多了哈哈哈。
这种电影就是很明显地知道男主在扮猪吃老虎，就看编剧如何自圆其说，以及导演如何把控节奏顺带炫技，看完觉得二者都未提供惊喜，把故事限定在单一空间内需要个很巧妙的剧本，要能表现出高潮戏的心理对峙，拿裁缝刚要揭露杀人事实结果话锋一转这段就很小品，类似本山挤眼小沈阳说有还是没有那个感觉，老大全程也形同弱智，没有匹配对手，光突出男主老谋深算也没什么意思。
所以，《The Outfit》应该译作《马甲》或《绝不抛头》。
北野武这个人梗超多吧，结果这部拍成了流畅且略普通的主要讲师徒情的片。里面竟然有一句“圣诞快乐”！
非常有五六十年代好莱坞电影水准，小品式场景，通过一连串对话讲出整个故事，也依赖几位演员演技不错，没有特别拉垮的，所以看得很连贯很过瘾。虽然一开始就能猜出老头儿非比寻常，但悬念藏得还不错，算是近段时间可看性比较高的悬疑片了。
大泉洋的师傅一角演得真挚动人，越到后面越发深厚。
影帝的北野武，那种凶的气场一下子就能找得到（除了少了一点年迈感我还真以为是那个男人）。怪不得北野武看起来那么凶又那么温柔，原来是师父就喜欢八嘎八嘎八嘎啊。所以北野武看了会不会评分吖
听说了浅草小子是谁才看的 带有浓烈滤镜的电影 人生的哲理并不是在书中 而是在脚踏实地的生活里。
蛮精巧的小成本电影，不过有个bug：爱尔兰帮的高层都被一锅端了，法国帮应该没必要再来求购录音带了吧？
救人、挑衅、要人、暴露、设明局、真相大白、补刀，几个高潮迭起，固定场景下特别环环相扣的悬疑，哪怕开始就猜中老爷子无所不知，也能看得心潮澎湃。四星半。
意外的好看
和看梅艳芳的感觉一样，再多演绎都比不上本人一帧。比不上他拿破锣嗓子唱一句。啊，老头儿要过生日了。
高潮戏，我也屏住了呼吸，希望不要落下
师匠真的好有魅力，起身于草根底层的奋斗生活当时哪怕辛苦庸碌，但回味起来还是果然最有味道的记忆
“有些事在哪里都一样，所以我在哪里并不重要，只要我有剪刀就行。”
总的来说，可以看，但不值得吹。
