好的地方来自三谷幸喜。全片有意要在完全虚构悬空的时空背景中来造一出理想励志童话，但在影视城摄影棚的虚假质感和电影感严重不足的缺陷里，童话世界和现实力量失了真，很令人出戏，还是出两套戏。
哈哈哈极具讽刺，最后老板其实是想对老员工说出真相呢还是怕老员工杀死他呢，资本家愿意帮你的忙，说明他要干坏事。
发达国家的黄世仁，发展中国家的好老板。人设都太表面了，属于贴在脑门上出场没变化的

我摊牌了，我不装了，我觉得就是春节档黑马！
好一个黑色幽默，捡了芝麻丢了西瓜，还自我感觉良好呢，不过哈维尔的演技真好，演啥像啥。
在电影院还是笑了～太多梗了，教父/雨中曲/甚至还有荒野大镖客。😂几个情节的错位感挺喜剧效果的。但是故事嘛，就不需要考虑太多逻辑了。
这部黑色喜剧以讽刺的手法，讲述哈维尔·巴登饰演的一位伪善的工厂老板，为了在一周内提高产量从而获得当地优秀商业奖，对员工的压榨干涉已经到了无所不用其极的地步。
开心麻花最成功的地方也是最大的局限性就是没有现实感，只能讲一个虚化背景的逻辑构建，核心内容往往是身份的突变，让人物在莫名其妙中二次投胎，角色细节靠周星驰的小人物的不自知，风格靠三谷幸喜的场域构造，在各种借势拼贴中完成好笑的自洽。这没什么不好，但也不可能再往前走一步了。酒吧那场戏以后不好笑，对前面笑点的反复回收再利用，比较顺拐了。不过还是简单有效，合格的喜剧。
影片里有很多经典影片的致敬桥段，看着很有代入感！
但是，不是幽默加冷就叫冷幽默，加黑就叫黑色幽默，也可以是冻得瑟瑟发抖和两眼一抹黑。其实可以更高级，但大概这就是开心麻花的选择。
目前为止开心麻花唯一一部含腾量为零但整体质量不拉胯的喜剧。如果这个抖机灵且硬蹭的片名是原罪，改成《演员的自我修养》可能更合适。
七天企业管理速成，处处都有意想不到的腹黑。哪有什么好老板和最佳员工，都只是各自利益面前的棋子罢了。
主题当然是对伪善资本家的讽刺 但另外一方面呈现出来的 当个老板也真是不容易 在欧美那些多少还在乎点人权和民主的国家当老板就更不容易了。
即便落入了笑点尴尬的喜剧片窠臼，但闪烁的迷影情节依然令人感怀。
比较像过去工厂厂长或书记，嘘寒问暖，奖励员工，好看的女孩放在身边，比如办公室或财务室。

哈维尔巴登演的很不错，不过这种片子能得到去年的戈雅奖有点托大了，其他不说，单说像这种老板在天朝活不过3集！
嘲讽很到位 最后结局太有趣了 给了观众很多想象空间
