The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 估计大家都知道有个词叫做“不落俗套”，但是我相信这个编剧肯定不知道。同样是“贺岁档”，而且主题内容基本相同，《圣诞速配》的剧情都比这部有深度。亮点可能是演员帅气、摄像机拍摄效果比较好吧。
爆米花电影该有的样子都有了，就够了，还想要啥？圣诞节不就是要开开心心快快乐乐嘛，难道要哭哭啼啼不行？
一开始被各种当下“刻板”设定引起不适，演员们全程照本宣科罢了，后半段剧情还算不错
人设和故事那么浪漫的James&Peter be，突然和jm搞上，not convincing
