同样是封闭空间，绑架人质，提出要求，但这部电影显然更高明一些，作为一名衣食无忧、生活幸福的幼儿园老师，她的动机一直保持到影片尾声才揭晓，悬念十足。
如果將妹妹改為女兒，感受上會更加虐心，但故事設定的基礎本身就缺乏合理性，所以是妹妹還是女兒就無所謂了。
除了警长家属的支线有点刻意，其他都很好。Sandra Bullock这么好的表演竟然提名都没提，离谱。
